With the sun shining down on Lady Giants Field on Wednesday, coach Bob Barnes' team collected two wins, defeating Metamora 4-3 in their suspended game from last week before edging the Lewistown Lady Indians 2-1. The twin-wins improves Canton to 15-8 overall and to 4-7 in the Mid-Illini Conference.
